By using FilForGo you agree to these terms.
1. What FilForGo is
FilForGo is an on-demand delivery marketplace. We connect customers with local merchants (restaurants, grocers, pharmacies, bakers, florists and others) and independent riders who deliver orders.
2. Orders and availability
- Orders are fulfilled by the local merchant you select.
- Prices, availability and delivery time may change after the merchant confirms your order.
- If an item is unavailable, the dispatcher or merchant may cancel the order and tell you the reason.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide a correct delivery address and a working phone number.
- Be reachable when the rider arrives.
- Pay the full amount on delivery for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders.
4. Payment
FilForGo currently supports Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay the rider in cash when your order arrives. Online payments may be added in the future and will be governed by additional terms at that time.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel a new order yourself within 60 seconds of placing it. After that, the merchant or dispatcher may have already started processing — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
6. Misuse and fraud
Fake orders, refusing delivery without reason, abusing staff or riders, or any attempt to defraud FilForGo, a merchant or a rider may result in your account being suspended or blocked.
7. Limitation of liability
FilForGo facilitates orders but does not manufacture food or products. Liability for product quality rests with the merchant. We will help you resolve issues in good faith.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app means you accept the latest version.
