1. Delivery area
FilForGo currently delivers within Burewala and nearby neighbourhoods. Coverage is shown at checkout based on the address you enter.
2. Delivery time
- Typical delivery time is 25–45 minutes depending on the merchant, traffic and weather.
- Estimated time is shown on the merchant page and on your order tracker.
- During peak hours, delivery may take longer.
3. Delivery fee
A standard delivery fee is shown on the checkout screen before you confirm the order. The fee may vary by distance or merchant.
4. Order tracking
After placing an order you'll see live status: New → Confirmed → Preparing → Picked Up → Delivered. You'll also see the rider's name and phone once assigned.
5. Failed delivery
- If we cannot reach you on the phone you provided, the rider will wait briefly and then move on.
- If delivery fails because the address or phone was wrong, the order may be marked cancelled.
6. Damaged or missing items
Please check your order on delivery. For any issue contact us within 24 hours at support@filforgo.com.
