FilForGo ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

- Name, email and phone number
- Delivery address and location details you enter
- Order history and items you purchased
- Device and basic usage data needed to run the app
2. How you sign in
You can sign in with Google or with an email one-time code (OTP). We do not store your password.
3. Why we use your data
- To process and deliver your orders
- To let merchants prepare your items and riders deliver them
- To provide customer support
- To keep the service secure and prevent fraud
4. Who we share with
Your name, phone and address are shared only with the merchant fulfilling your order, the assigned rider, and our admin/dispatcher — strictly for completing the delivery. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
5. Your rights
You can request correction or deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing support@filforgo.com.
6. Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and comply with law. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Children
FilForGo is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Effective" date above always reflects the latest version.
